Main goal

 

 

To provide administrative support to the HB Production Management team organising TV production crews for UEFA events.

 

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

 

Helping to process centralised requests for UEFA host broadcaster (HB) TV crews for club and national team competition finals and other events such as UEFA competition draws
Assisting the HB Production Management team with administrative tasks relating to accommodation, travel, staffing plans, catering, accreditation and event logistics
Assisting with the financial administration for finals: supporting the processing of tenders and the appointment of suppliers, requesting and collating purchase orders, processing invoices and updating tracking and budget documents
Liaising with suppliers and Central Services colleagues to ensure the smooth onboarding of crews in UEFA systems such as the FAME database
Working with colleagues within the HB Production Management team and in other UEFA competence centres to successfully deliver events
Working on-site to support the HB Production Management team with the implementation of event logistics
Assisting with UEFA HB staff schedules to ensure that staff are rotated well to best serve the events

 

 

 

 

Skills & Requirements

 

 

 

Education & experience

 

Bachelors’ degree in sport management, business administration, or any relevant field
From 1 to 3 years’ experience working in an international organisation

 

Languages

 

English / Proficient

 

Other requirements

 

Organised, methodical and happy to provide strong administrative support to a busy TV Production Management team
