Arsenal FC

Description de l'offre

The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to deliver some of our most important transformational projects that underpin the future growth of our commercial portfolio, as part of the new Project Management Office.

In this exciting hybrid role, you’ll be empowered to draw on your combination of project management and business analysis skills to help manage and deliver a variety of projects across the Commercial department.

You will play a key part in a range of diverse projects but you’ll primarily be focused on transforming how we connect and engage with our supporters locally and globally, through our digital platforms, membership proposition, the stadium or our retail outlets.

Who we are

We are one of the most famous clubs in world football, with a rich heritage and history of success – read more about our history, here.

Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. We have a very defined purpose: to act for a winning team, culture and community. We achieve this by ensuring we are courageous in the pursuit of progress, we champion our community and each other, and that we do the right thing (even when no one is looking).

Your day-to-day

Manage requirements – you’ll partner with colleagues to identify and document project requirements, undertaking analysis to ensure they are complete, accurate and aligned with project goals
Champion effective communication – you’ll communicate in a clear and concise manner to our development team, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure a clear understanding of requirements
Administer change requests – you will manage change requests to requirements as they arise and make sure that they are properly prioritised and communicated
Oversee efficient project delivery – you’ll take pride in successfully delivering projects to time, plan and budget
Lead transformation projects – you will manage transformation projects from start to finish for both physical and digital projects
Handle project planning and coordination – you’ll passionately develop and own project plans, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines and you will diligently coordinate project activities and tasks to ensure smooth project execution
Track progress – you will proactively monitor project progress and provide clear communication of progress and issues to stakeholders
Provide effective risk management – you’ll be entrusted to identify project risks, issues and dependencies and you will develop effective risk mitigation strategies, monitoring and addressing risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimise their impact on timelines and deliverables
Support our equality, diversity and inclusion ambitions – you will be empowered to ensure that equality, diversity and inclusion is kept front of mind and consistently implemented and reviewed across all projects

What we are looking for

Background in business analysis and project management – you’ve got experience in business analysis with knowledge of methodologies, tools and best practices and you have proven experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering sessions and you come with a history of successfully delivering projects to time, plan and budget
Experience with critical tools – you’re well versed in using process modelling and visualisation tools (Visio, Lucidchart) using industry standard techniques (BPMN, URL) and you have familiarity with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Natural problem solver – you’ve got excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues and provide innovative solutions
Broad project management skillset – you’re experienced with project reporting, planning, governance, budget management and risk and issue management and you’re comfortable in delivering with both agile and waterfall methodologies, adapting your approach to get the best outcome on a project by project basis
Best-in-class communication skills – you possess outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build impactful relationships with external stakeholders and key internal colleagues across all levels of our club
Exceptional attention to detail – you are able to drill down into the project activities and identify risks, issues and dependencies and you can work at pace without compromising quality or accuracy
Excellent organisational skills – you’re proud of your organisational and time management skills and your ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive and adaptable approach – you thrive in a high performance, dynamic and collaborative environment
