Main goal
The Club Competition Services Coordinator works within the Club Competition unit under the supervision of the Club Competition Services Manager. The role provides operational, administrative and analytical support to ensure the effective implementation of processes and tools aimed at enhancing collaboration with and streamlining the experience of clubs participating in UEFA competitions in order to support and optimise the organisation of UEFA club competitions. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the club competition services team by coordinating communication, maintaining engagement tools and ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions with clubs.
Key responsibilities
Assisting the manager in implementing engagement processes, tools and workflows and supporting the development of the operating model and long‑term vision for the club competitions management pillar
Coordinating regular communication with clubs and ensuring timely follow-up on competition operational matters
Maintaining and updating databases, tracking systems and documentation related to exchange and collaboration activities
Preparing briefings, summaries, reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the organisation of meetings, workshops and exchange initiatives
Collecting and consolidating feedback from clubs to support continuous improvement
Ensuring the smooth flow of information between internal departments and the manager
Providing administrative and logistical support for the club competitions management pillar’s activities
Supporting the manager in defining KPIs to periodically assess progress towards targets, including with respect to timelines
Requirements
Experience:
Experience in stakeholder coordination, event operations or administrative roles within sport is an asset.
Education:
University degree or equivalent experience in sports administration, communications, business or a related field is considered an asset
Languages:
English / Proficient
Fluency in at least another language
Other requirements:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders
Proficiency in standard office tools and data‑management systems
Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected
