|Position Title:||Venue Cluster Manager (Stadiums)|
|Reports to:||Q22 COO & FIFA Project Group Leader Venue Management|
|FIFA and the Qatar LOC have created a new Joint Venture which will be responsible for the operational delivery of the FIFA World Cup 2022™.
The Venue Cluster Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation of the Venue Management project within the Host Country of the FIFA World Cup 2022, overseeing operational planning of 4 (out of 8) stadiums.
Ensure efficient delivery and high-skilled venue management to the full satisfaction of FIFA’s functional areas, internal and external stakeholders, focusing on transparency, communication, escalation, innovation, problem resolution and reporting tools.
The Venue Cluster Manager has a coordinating, facilitating, arbitrating and management role and is ultimately responsible for the event planning at the venues (4 stadiums), the preparation for operational readiness & the on-site implementation in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. In the year 2022 the Cluster Venue Manager will became Venue Manager of 1 stadium.
