Missions & Responsabilités

1. Define and improve the 3×3 sports presentation programme

Develop, identify and coordinate a full sports presentation programme to be executed at top FIBA 3×3 Events, including World Tour and World Cup
Ensure a top in class entertainment, welcoming out of the box ideas
Respect budget constraints

2. Ensure the best in class delivery of the 3×3 sports presentation programme

Ensure a best-in-class onsite experience
Standardize entertainment programmes for various event levels
Participate in design of run-down of events together with Competition and TV departments
Manage relationship with various entertainment providers (as well as identifying potential new ones) : MD, DJ, Dunkers, Acrobatic dunkers, Dancing groups, etc
Keep and enlarge network of entertainers
Develop software tools for entertainment

3. Ensure the business viability of the sports presentation programme

Generate profitable revenues of partnerships with entertainment providers
Identify win-win cases of other sports organizations
Generate entertainment that is marketable to sponsors and by promoters

Profil & Compétences

Profile

👉 Minimum 5 years experience in event management, specialized in sports and /or entertainment
👉 Cultural proximity with urban culture and universe
👉 Open to frequent international travel‍

Skills

👉 Fluent in English + another language
👉 Ability to innovate and structure
👉 Good relationship skills

Conditions & Disponibilités souhaitées

Location, date of arrival & compensation.
The FIBA 3×3 events team is located in Barcelona, Spain with international profiles. Attendance to events is required in order to oversee execution (up to 50% of time). The contract is a permanent position, starting as soon as possible.
