Responsible To: Director, Sustainability & Development Projects

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

 

 

 

Job Purpose

 

This job position requires of large experience in community programs planning, execution and measurement services, ideally in the sport sector, as well as well as the capacity to build new sustainability initiatives to improve Euroleague Basketball’s people and planet impact. This position requires a highly motivated individual that is passionate for sustainability within the sports business.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Teams Service Management of the Euroleague Baskebtall’s One Team program of EuroLeague & EuroCup clubs.
One Team Measurement & Evaluation.
One Team Communication and branding management.
One Team Educational Pills planning and execution.
Planning, coordination and execution of One Team Annual Workshop, One Team Games campaign.
Planning & coordination of execution of sustainability projects for Euroleague Basketball’s brands.
Euroleague Basketball Ambassadors project execution.
Sustainability projects assistance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree. Recommended studies in Environmental Science, Sociology, Psychology, Sports and Sport Business related field. Master in Sustainability will be highly considered.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Sustainability related projects.
Strong knowledge of the Sustainability world and the ESG application to the sport business.
ESG technical knowledge will be taken into consideration.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with groups of interest.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent skills in written and spoken English.
Highly motivated and passionate about sustainability and sports.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Holds EU nationality and / or a valid residency / work permit for Spain.

 

 

 

Role Summary

 

Manage the successful delivery of Euroleague Basketball’s CSR program, the ONE TEAM, the flagship of Euroleague Basketball’s people & planet impact initiatives, teaming up with another Sustainability manager. Daily communication with the One Team representatives of all EuroLeague and EuroCup clubs, as well as with different company departments and partners supporting the project, constantly striving for sound positive impact in Euroleague’s communities and promoting continuous innovation while building purpose and commercial alliances. Support the development of the company’s ESG initiatives.
