We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as Marketing and Subscriptions Lead. In this critical role, you will drive the marketing strategy and the customer relationship activities to grow our revenues and market share in France. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business objectives and deliver an outstanding local offer in tuning with effective customer value management and ROI driven campaigns.
As our new Marketing & Subscriptions Lead for DAZN France, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and flawless execution to increase revenues through customer acquisition, obsessive retention and conversion rate optimization.
Oversee CRM, media and retail initiatives, including customer segmentation, targeted campaigns and engagement strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
Lead the CRM team in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Partner with Finance and Strategy to build accurate forecasts, Business Cases and establish ideal products pricing.
Collaborate with Product, Rights, Brand, Content and Customer service teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
Manage and allocate resources effectively, and track performance against key metrics and KPIs.
Foster a data-driven culture within the team, utilizing analytics and insights to refine strategies and achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to maximize marketing impact.
You’ll have:
Proven experience in a key marketing roles, preferably within the telco, OTT, ecommerce, entertainment or media industries.
Strong expertise in CRM strategy, product marketing, customer experience and digital media , with a track record of driving business growth and monetization.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
Deep understanding of the French market, including consumer behaviour, media landscape, and competitive dynamics.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent language skills in French and English, both written and spoken.
Strategic thinking with strong pragmatism and a hands-on approach.
Analytical mindset combined commercial acumen, with a passion for sports and entertainment.
Proven track record of success working in complex and highly matrixed corporate business environments
Results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
