As part of its ongoing growth and the expansion of its activities in the lifestyle sector alongside its core expertise in sports, Bloch Consulting is looking for its future Talent Acquisition Specialist (Intern, M/F) for a 6-month internship.

 

For each assignment, you will work in tandem with a consultant and be involved in the entire recruitment process.

 

 

 

Missions

 

Defining and implementing the talent sourcing strategy

Participation in the client briefing meeting
Identification and direct/personalized approach of potential candidates
Analysis of our database of qualified CVs
Managing the communication campaign and activating our LinkedIn networks

 

 

Screening of submitted applications

Building the shortlist of candidates to pre-qualify
Conducting initial phone interviews with pre-selected candidates

 

Leading the initial meeting with the client

Reporting on the summary of actions carried out during the first phase of the assignment
Presentation of the various applications along with relevant recommendations
Establishing a shortlist of candidates to be further assessed by the consultant

 

Alongside the assignments carried out for our clients, we’re also looking for individuals who are keen to play an active role in the development and culture of the firm.

 

 

 

Experiences and skills

 

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Business School, Sciences Po, or equivalent) and you rely on the following skills:
One or more internship experiences in recruitment or HR, and a strong interest in our sector-specific areas of expertise.
OU une ou des expérience(s) de stage(s) dans le secteur du sport ou du secteur lifestyle (Mode, Loisirs) et vous avez de fortes affinités pour les ressources humaines, plus particulièrement pour le recrutement ;
OR one or more internship experiences in the sports or lifestyle sectors (fashion, leisure), combined with a strong interest in human resources — particularly recruitment.
Fluency in English
