AS Monaco Basket, a professional basketball club competing in Betclic Elite and Euroleague, is looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Manager to join its team.

 

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

· Develop and implement the club’s digital communication strategy on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn)

· Create and distribute engaging and high-quality content (photos, videos, infographics, stories, live)

· Create visuals

· Animate fan communities and interact with supporters

· Follow trends and best practices in community management

· Develop and implement the influencer program

· Collaborate with other departments within the club (communication, marketing, sports)

· Ensure the good image and reputation of the club on social media

· Coordinate the app and website content, ensuring it aligns with the overall digital strategy

· Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of the club’s newsletters

· Manage the content pool

· Prepare reports

 

 

 

Required Skills:

 

· Minimum education level Bac + 3: Bachelor’s, BUT, etc., specializing in communication. Note that this position is also open to self-taught profiles

· At least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager

· Proficiency in video shooting and editing. Photography skills will be appreciated.

· Proficiency in graphic illustration tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)

· Excellent writing skills, with a proven ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging articles. (French, English)

· Creative, innovative, and proactive mindset

· Excellent relational and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work both in a team and independently

· Availability on match days during weekdays and weekends

 

 

 

Preferred Skills:

 

· Knowledge of the basketball world

· Experience in sports community management

· Skills in photography and/or video

· Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools

· Fluent in English
