FIBA 3×3 is the business unit managing 3×3 worldwide. The 3×3 Administrative Associate will join a multi-location team of 25 and provide administrative support to the FIBA 3×3 Operations Department.
Role Overview:
As a key member of the FIBA 3×3 Operations team, the Administrative Associate plays a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day processes, supporting financial and logistical workflows, and enabling the team to deliver world-class 3×3 basketball events globally.
Tasks / responsibilities
Process documentation, extract and accurately record details for team reference
Ensure data management systems and digital archive (e.g. MS Teams) are up to date
Process account payables in line with established procedures (ensure accuracy of invoices, comply with policies, rate cards and contracts, etc.)
Distribute invoices and follow up on accounts receivable collection
Follow up on contract deliveries (VIK tracking & logistics)
Provide support in registration of National Federations’ teams to various National Team competitions
Support in surfacing Event information and distribute accordingly (Monday.com)
Provide support to the team in various administrative tasks
Support the team with Word and PowerPoint documents
Required competences:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Other languages are a plus.
Accounting knowledge & financial acumen is a plus
Demonstrates autonomy, solution-oriented mindset and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery
Great attention to detail
Team-player with good communication skills
Able to maintain high confidentiality, compliance with internal policies
Good command of MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) and MS Teams
Strong database management skills, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting using tools such as Excel
Knowledge of Monday.com / TeamUp is a plus
