Your mission
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Entertaintment & Sports Production Manager to lead the end-to end production of key live moments during the 2026 EuroLeague Final Four. This role will plan and execute all the Entertainment activations of the Event, included but not limited to pre-game, in-game and post-game ceremonies, including the opening show and trophy ceremony, ensuring a world-class experience for both fans on site and watching globally.
Role Summary:
Lead, coordinate and supervise the creative and operational planning for the Entertaintment program, including pre-game shows, teams presentations, halftimes activities and post-game trophy cermony, among others.
Manage and execute the full RFP process to select the designated creative agency, under the supervision of Euroleague Basketball management, ensuring that all project requirements are clearly communicated and that the selected agency fully complies with the defined scope and expectations.
Design and propose the creative format, flow, and timing of all entertainment and show elements, in close collaboration with the selected agency and under the supervision of EB management.
Lead all communications and administrative processes with the selected agency before, during, and after the Event.
Ensure that the overall creative concept is fully aligned with EuroLeague’s brand positioning, values, and tone of voice. This includes visual identity, messaging, and storytelling are consistently applied across all show elements and related assets.
Coordinate closely with venue operators, technical suppliers and collaborators, broadcast partners and internal departments across Euroleague Basketball to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
Ensure integration of sponsor activations, branding elements, and EuroLeague messaging throughout the Event.
Manage production timelines, cue sheets, and run-of-show documentation, overseeing rehearsals and live show execution.
Guarantee compliance with league protocols & standards, athlete timelines, and legal regulations.
Lead, coordinate, and actively participate in all pre-event site visits, ensuring clear communication of production and technical requirements. Provide accurate reporting and follow-up to guarantee alignment across stakeholders and steady progress toward successful event delivery.
Your profile
The personal profile is a picture of the skills, knowledge and experience needed to carry out the job.
5-year experience, at least, in Events and particularly on the Entertainment, Marketing/ and Activations areas.
Highly skilled in written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional European languages is desirable.
Detail-oriented and creative thinker with a strong sense of visual aesthetics, able to clearly articulate design ideas, actively listen, and engage in constructive feedback with both team members and other departments.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with strong time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs and tight deadlines.
Familiarity with technical software commonly used in event production—such a, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar—is a plus, as is exposure to motion graphics or AV content creation.
Proactive approach to fostering collaboration and consistently contributing to a productive and supportive team atmosphere.
Demonstrates integrity and is fair, equitable, and ethical in approach. Protects confidential information, adheres to policies, and shows loyalty to basketball and a high-performance organization.

Holds EU nationality and / or a valid residency / work permit for Spain.
