The Role

 

We are looking for a Senior Digital Activation Executive who will play a key role in our ambitious personalisation journey, from delivering on a campaign by campaign basis, to building personalised journeys for our valued supporters.

This shift will be insight led and anchored in our new approach to supporter segmentation, aiming to maximise engagement with our club and deliver best-in-class experiences across our digital campaign channels such as email, SMS, push, web and app.

 

 

 

Your day-to-day

 

Provide omni-channel campaign management – you’ll work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to manage the delivery of digital campaigns across our owned and operated channels
Oversee MarTech platforms – you will be entrusted as one of the primary day-to-day users, and subject matter experts, of our MarTech platforms
Maximise our data – you’ll relish the opportunity to maximise the use of the data we hold on our supporters, to drive the most relevant and timely experiences for them and you will work closely with the data and insights team to analyse the effectiveness of campaigns, monitor any A/B testing results, to optimise output
Drive innovation – you will act as a core part of the team that drives the transition from a traditional campaign model to an insight driven journey-based approach, as part of a wider personalisation strategy
Enhance supporter engagement – you’ll actively champion our supporter segmentation, and work alongside key members of the Marketing team to ensure that our digital campaigns are tailored to our audience
Lead campaigns – you will lead on complex project-based campaign activity, such as membership renewals and kit launches, ensuring that key learnings are used to shape the campaign approach and strategy
Collaborate with colleagues across our club – you’ll work with the Campaign and Insights team and Internal Design Studio to review creative assets against our club guidelines and best practice, ensuring that the supporter experience is carefully considered at every touchpoint
Manage internal stakeholders – you will engage with and manage campaign stakeholders’ expectations across the end-to-end process, understanding business needs and advising where necessary the best course of action in achieving campaign objectives

 

 

 

What we are looking for

 

Omni-channel marketing background – you’ve got experience in the delivery of omni-channel digital marketing campaigns, operating customer data platforms and/or omni-channel marketing solutions
Experienced digital campaign planner – you come with experience of managing campaigns across multiple digital channels, such as email, SMS, push notifications and personalised banners across .com/app as well as experience in building out insight led customer journeys
Proficiency with MarTech platforms – you’re familiar with one or more of the following platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Cheetah Digital, Braze, Dot Digital, Twillo, Bloomreach, mParticle, Airship, SWRVE, InCrowd
Best-in-class communicator – you pride yourself on your ability to clearly communicate business requirements and strategies to colleagues and external agencies
Excellent attention to detail – you are well versed in delivering precise and effective customer communications and you have a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
