Your mission
Euroleague Basketball is on a mission to elevate fan engagement and grow our digital ecosystem. We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Digital CRM Manager to take ownership of our multi-channel CRM strategy and help scale products like EuroLeague ID, the Fantasy Challenge, and our OTT platform, EuroLeague TV.
In this role, you’ll lead CRM initiatives across the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition to activation, retention, and loyalty — using tools like Braze and working closely with digital, commercial and data teams to deliver measurable growth. You’ll shape how we communicate with fans, turning data into meaningful interactions.
Your Tasks
Develop and execute multi-channel CRM strategies (email, push, in-app, etc) with a focus on driving user engagement, retention, and LTV, focusing on promoting the league’s membership proposition EuroLeague ID, Fantasy Challenge, and the D2C streaming OTT product EuroLeague TV.
Grow the overall database across both core & strategic markets, with a large emphasis on commercial database.
Create automated, personalized CRM journeys aligned with the user lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, churn prevention, upsell, win-back).
Use Braze to build, test, and launch personalized, dynamic campaigns leveraging liquid logic and canvas for advanced customization.
Work cross-functionally with digital, design, and data teams to deliver campaigns that are both technically sound and creatively compelling.
Continuously A/B test campaign variables and use results to refine strategy.
Track, analyze, and report on key CRM metrics to measure campaign performance & optimization.
Your profile
2–3 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, ideally within a mobile-first or digital consumer environment (media, OTT, sports, gaming, or e-commerce).
Hands-on experience using Braze or similar CRM tools to manage and automate lifecycle campaigns.
Proficient in HTML, with good knowledge of dynamic content and modular email templates.
Strong copywriting skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and call-to-action effectiveness.
Strong eye for design, ensuring all CRM assets are visually engaging, on-brand, and user-friendly.
Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize CRM flows that directly contribute to revenue growth.
Experience in building and executing A/B tests, and analyzing results for performance improvement.
Highly organized, responsible, and proactive, with strong project management skills
Familiarity with customer data platforms (e.g. mParticle, Segment).
Knowledge of GDPR and CRM privacy compliance.
Experience working with international markets and multilingual campaigns
Must hold EU nationality or possess a valid residency/work permit for Spain.
