Education & Support Services Coordinator (H/F)

To support our Legal & Compliance Division, FIFA is looking to recruit a communicative and innovative person as an Education & Support Services Coordinator.

Your duties

  • Support and educate football stakeholders worldwide on the use of the regulatory system, both on-site and online with the development of the Help Centre, e-learning tool material and communications
  • Collaborate with second-level support to solve legal and technical queries
  • Create surveys and satisfaction tools to collect feedback from users
  • Develop presentations, training material and online education such as the Help Centre and e-learning material
  • Train users from different countries and cultures
  • Manage projects independently
  • Organise and present conferences, workshops and webinars
  • Draft and coordinate communications, including newsletters and release notes
  • Develop, improve and maintain methodologies and processes
  • Support the administration of IT tools used by the team
  • Other duties as needed

Our requirements

  • University degree in business management, social sciences, communications or equivalent
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications and affinity with IT tools
  • Project management certifications
  • Between 3 and 5 years’ experience in customer service, training or a relevant field
  • Fluent in English and French, advanced in Spanish and basic level in German
  • Ability to teach in a multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
  • Efficient multi-tasking skills
  • Good organisational skills and solution-oriented
  • Teamwork abilities, patience and empathy
  • Service-oriented
